2 weeks. Done slimming world, weight watchers etc in the past. And lost about 6lb in 2 weeks. Yes that is harsh. And a little rude. As for hardening up. I have worked very hard. As for the weight not going on in 3 weeks..tell me something new.

Thank you everyone for your support and advice. And even researching for me. This week I will go for the 1,500 calories, drink plenty of water, and obviously continue with my exercises. Should I do more than 8000 steps per day? If so, how much?

Up until last week, I was extremely sedentary. Because it's very difficult for me to walk, because of my back problem. So the only time I leave the house is to go shopping with my b/f. But this week I have really pushed myself in exercise, which has in fact really helped to ease the pain in my back.

I usually only drink about 1 glass of water a day, unless I'm really thirsty. I've always been like that. I know I should be drinking more. So this week I'll try and drink more.

I'm 52, weight 16 and a half stone ( 232lb) and I'm only 4ft.11in. So you can imagine what I look like. I've had enough of being fat.

I do usually compare what the scan says and what it says on the food product packaging. Even if it were slightly over, I'm still doing about 1 hour of exercise cardio

Yes, I've scanned everything I eat and drink for calories. After exercising, it says I can eat more. But I never do. I just keep it to 1.200 calories or less. Usually always less. I want to lose 7 and a half stone. ( 105lbs )

Thank you Frodo. Other times when I've tried losing weight, I've lost quite a bit in the first week. E.g. Weight watchers and slimming world. But this time I'm doing it by myself. 1,200 calories or less most of the time. Zumba, dancing,walking etc. And .8000 steps a day.
