No weight loss
It's been almost 2 weeks now that I've been trying to loose weight. Been eating 1.000-1.4000 calories per day. Been exercising everyday doing 8000-10000 steps ( cardio ). And I have not even lost half a pound. Gonna give it 1 more week, if no change, gonna quit.

In the food diary, there should be a section on what eggs. Example, fried, boiled, scrambled or poached. Rather than just entering eggs

Feeling disgruntled
At the end of my first week. I've, exercised every day. Done 8000 steps, not even consumed all my daily food allowance (each day). And not lost a single pound. Feeling disgruntled.

Food Diary
something I'm not understanding in food diary...my goal 1,400 - (food) - 150 + exercise 730 = 2,020. why would there be a + sign for exercise, and why does it say I have 2.020 remaining? Where my goal is only 1,400. on the pc is shows - but on the app it shows +. Pls help me understand this, as I'm new to this Thank you.

Exercise at home
Hi all. Who else mainly exercises at home. And what equipment do you use? I use a stepper, steps, stretch bands, weights,Swiss ball, abs exerciser machine, and DVDs for Zumba, floor workout and dance.
