I weighed in on Tuesday but did not post ..... 57 year old 5’3” female who like a beer or three SW on 4/27 177.6 May goal is 172 Ultimate goal (12 months) 130 I use to go to the gym 5 days a week but got out of the habit. I wouldn’t be going back anytime soon but want to start walking at least 5 days a week

I’m glad I found this blog - I need something to make me accountable & get me back on track. I’m going to do a weekly Tuesday check in I know it’s an odd day but Mondays are well Monday, & Sundays are the end of the weekend

Being sick for 4 days then vacation week B) didn't kill me as much as it could have, a 5 night cruise was my downfall but I walk a lot & only took the steps ~~ that sure helped. 159.8 today :( :s (this is up 3 lbs but ...........) back to the Y & eating better Hope everyone is staying on track

not as bad as I thought it would be after the holiday weekend! 156.7 today, not bad if I may say so myself considering I was at 162.2 on 8/22 when I joined :) Next week is vacation week for me so here's hoping I will do lots of walking & not much eating & drinking!!!

I'm happy to say I'm down :) weight today 158.8 I'm very happy to say I'm in the 150's (even if the high 150's) Looks like this is working for us ~~ being accountable makes a difference

I'm in :) but not real optimistic on my success. I started in January '16 at 179 and it's taken me 8 months to get to 162.2 (today's weight) My goal was to get to 150 so what's a little more. As of today 8/22 my starting is 162.2 10% by Dec 20th 16.2 GOAL 146.00 GOOD LUCK EVERYONE ~~ with each other's support we can do this
