Hey I've also been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I have really bad body image issues as well I'd love to help you out there's some awesome appps out there for exercise and it would be cool to have someone to work with. I'm kitty btw

Hey, yeah I've been there just start slowly if you try to stick to something you have to always think about you'll burn out I force myself to stop eating when I feel satisfied but not yet full :) I also do exercise regularly now. If you wanna talk sometime I'd love to help out
