  • Congrats on the loss BTW! When I started this job I was at 230, I got up to 306 and after a week on MFP I am back below 300. Long way to go though...one day at a time.

  • What do you usually get at Bj's? I've been there once or twice and wind up getting heavy stuff. Now that I am starting up on MFP, I am looking for good road restaurants.
