Just a thought, I see a lot about prices of shoes, true they are expensive. Rack room has done me well. The shoes are usually last years models but discounted and its buy one get one half off. Not to mention after $200 you get a $15 coupon. Sorry to cheap to pay for a new model, lol

@ddmom0811 temps have been pretty nice on this side of the state (Tampa), it was actually "cool" by our standards 2 nights ago. 71 and almost no humidity, lol.

justified fear, but it is only fear. I do find it more tedious "maintain" weight. But that's just me. I find it harder to actually meet my calories versus being under. Just continue logging your food, it will give you a good gauge.

the best bike is simple, the one that fits your needs and your body. You can spend a few hundred to thousands. I personally love tri specific bikes but they are not for everyone. if you are talking about running, I use a 9 day schedule, and never run within 2 days of a long or hard run. Quality vs quantity, plus the older you get the more time it takes to recover, lol

Both have there place. I enjoy the tarmac for sure. However, in Florida there aren't many hills, so I can change the elevation. I can also concentrate on form and more effectively do intervals. TM are a great tool for training, but would it ever be my go to choice? No, but it serves it purpose.
