Hey lady, I'm pretty much just trying to stick to 1400 net and see what happens from there.

Ok, thanks everybody! I'm not sure I will be able to get by on just a fruit or a bar...I'm thinking I might try a soup with some chicken and rice, or an English muffin with ham and cheese. Keep you posted and wish me luck!!

I dunno man. I had a few pistachios and a full fat Greek yogurt and I was starving so I ate the rest of the bag of pistachios. That alone was 320 calories. Maybe I just need a more substantial afternoon snack and a lighter dinner. Anyone have any experience with this? Like maybe I need a light sandwich, or a wrap, or…

Hi chickie - I'm 5'3, 129lbs looking to get to 118ish by Christmas. I'm thinking I can do this with 1400 calories a day and three days of cardio-esque exercises plus weights. THAT for me is do-able. I will aim for 1350-1400 cas a day or so, I'm definitely determined to do this the right…

I'm 5'3, and I do look good, but I have a little extra I'm carrying on my thighs I would like to get rid of. Not a lot but some. There's no rush...I've been tracking pretty accurately for maybe six weeks just to establish a baseline, and I'm seeing that yep at 1600-1700 daily, I stay right around 129-130.

So what my brain says is that I don't have enough to lose, that it's going to take forever, that I will never actually keep up a deficit long enough to take off real weight. I can only get there through pretty extreme deprivation, so I might as well eat what I want. It's tricky like that. The easiest way to show my brain…
