Any type of diet soda. I love/need the sugar in regular soda. Since soda is so bad for you, I just end up drinking water so it's a good problem to have :D

I'm a night time snacker so I tend to save my workouts for after dinner. It keeps me away from snacks. For me, I realized I'm not even hungry, I'm just bored. If you're one of those people who can't work out at night, try just going for a walk or keep yourself busy with some other activity.

Who said I needed alcohol to have fun? I love to drink. Can I have fun without it? Of course. My social life still takes a hit because my friends hang out in bars often. If I'm not drinking, I don't want to be hanging out in bars. Maybe you should start drinking more so you can be less uptight :wink:

lentil pasta or black bean pasta! they sell them at trader joes. they're not exactly healthy but a healthier alternative to the real thing.
