I weigh once a week, at same time of day. I dont worry if I don't lose. I know that there are fluctuations. Usually if I don't lose one week, I lose even more than I expected the next.

Nights are when I have the most trouble sticking to my goal. I am fine all day long and if I'm awake about 1030pm I start to get snacky. I do much better if I just try to get to bed a little earlier. Nothing good happens for me after 10.

Ok, this has been confusing me lately but coconut milk..there is some in a can and there is some in refrigerated section of the grocery store. I assume you are using the refrigerated one because it's vanilla? I saw a few recipes for "lower" calorie pina colada and wasn't sure which to use. Do they taste like coconut?

I LOVE spaghetti squash! To my surprise my family wanted to try mine instead of noodles one night when I made spaghetti and they all liked it better than noodles so now we all eat it that way.

Not low calorie, but I did find reduced fat coconut milk. I've been looking everywhere for it and happened to see it at Trader Joe's. I found a recipe for lower calorie pina coladas that I can't wait to try at the beach.

I get the cereal bars. 120 calories and puts a little something on my stomach besides coffee in the morning. I always get my yogurts, milk, eggs, low fat cream cheese and sour cream, veggies and fruits of all kinds, breads, condiments. They have everything, even wines that are pretty decent to be so cheap.

I would definitely consider therapy. I think it would help you. When I was younger I was always paranoid that people were judging me for this or that. Now that I am older, and more confident I realize that mainly it was me judging myself.

I'm not usually hungry in the morning. If I make myself eat a little something, it seems like I'm starving by 10:00 or 11:00 am. If I don't eat breakfast I'm fine until lunch. The only time I eat early is if I have a long run or something to do and I'll try to eat a cereal bar or a banana or something like that.
