thank you very much , i'll work your advice especially about plank it seems perfect for me , but about push up till this time i can't do it on toes , i hardly do it on knees , but i'll never give up , i'll continue exercising until i can thank you for motivation , thank you all guys :*

Day 12 = 20 min walking 10 min strength exercise i'm not doing well but i'll try more next days inshallah total (283/1440)

day 12 done = 40 squats 15 Push up (on knees ) 1 min & 10 sec (40 sec + 30 sec) plank out of 1.5 min :'( 50 crunches I need to train myself to plank & push up exercises, because I really can not do them as required :o

day 11 done = 110 squats + 40 squats day 9 15 Push up (on knees with low efficiency ) :( 41 sec plank out of 1 min :'( 70 crunches

Day 9 .. only plank 30 sec + 30 sec , 10 push up :/ but I'll distribute its crunches and squats on the next days day 10 done + 50 squats and 30 crunches from day 9

day 30:100 squats=done I did it , I'm proud of myself and happy because of the result of my legs and buttocks shape , my muscles become waaw ,, thank you all I'll continue my fitness journey with another challenge , hope good luck for all of you :* <3

Day 1 : 50 squats =Done : 05 push up =Done : 25 crunch =Done : 25 sec plank=Done i did them all but push up on toes is too hard for me , i did it on my knees :/
