I have my own variation of this that I have sustained for 2 months. Lost almost 8% body weight. Each body is different. Some people never feel full on this type of eating.

Can of tuna, egg whites, chicken breast, peanut butter. I love each of these things equally. Wouldn't be surprised if I could go a month or more of just eating these4 things

Smuckers makes jam with 10 calories per serving. Delicious. Turkey bacon instead of pork. Cut some yolks out of hard boiled eggs. Reduced sodium black beans. Tons of ways to make little cuts on every meal without sacrificing all taste.

Thanks! Didn't know caloric need would drop that quickly. I'm sure that will plateau soon as it says I need 1920 for 2 lb per week loss. 70 more lbs to go! I got this ish

Thanks for the feedback! I have some muscle right now but would definitely like more. Should I start weight training now as I am trying to lose weight? Or wait until I get down to the weight I want (190) and start a more intense lifting regimen?
