Comment above is Bang on!! Your body could be "Holding" on to fat as its got used to effectively being starved!? That sounds harsh but your body will adapt to the drop in calories! N personally I,ve never been a big advocate on the not eating after a certain time!? Good Luck x

Its goes against everything you say there but to lose weight I'm afraid you,re gonna have to jump on a treadmill/cross trainer or Rower! You need to work aerobically to burn the fat off!
