It's wise to be skeptical of "Calculated Calories Burned", regardless of the origin. They are just general estimates and can often be off substantially. Also, avoid comparing different types of activities from different sources... like say an "Elliptical workout" tracked in MyFitnessPal versus a "Run" tracked in MayMyRun.…

Congrates!! You look amazing.

There's always Planet Fitness for those people who are bothered by it... Personally, I go the gym at 5am and there's hardly anyone there, which is great. I don't have to worry about bothering anyone.

You can double dip if you set your daily activity level to "Intense" or even "Moderate". Those settings are useful if you don't log exercises because MFP will automatically bump your daily calorie goal to accommodate. However, if you log exercises after selecting "Intense", then you're getting extra calories piled on top…

4 & 8 Keeping things casual these days... not ready (don't want) anything serious for now

?? Squats / Deadlifts / Lunges ...... Repeat 2 x per week. Yeah... there's lot's of iso exercises that help too, but any leg workout needs at least one of the big three, preferable more or all. And eat... especially protein. Lot's of protein.

Yes... these types of "adders" are a killer to your daily logs (salad dressing is another land mine to watch). I've downgraded to Half & Half and keep it to 1 to 1.5 tablespoons, which is around 20-30 calories. Why? Because keeping my diet in check is more important than having flavored coffee. I also drink 3, sometimes 4…

If you're comfortable drinking two gallons a day and you're not feeling bloated or uncomfortable... then don't worry about it and keep doing it. It's much better than not drinking enough and being dehydrated. As far as daily weight swings, I'm around 200 lbs and have definitely seen fluctuations of 5-7 lbs in a day...easy.…

It sounds like your squat workout went well... So I think yes. As long as you're not feeling sharp joint pain or like you've strained a muscle. However, if you're still really sore, a light leg workout might help your legs recover first. My only advice would be to stay at it, even if the weight needs to drop a bit. If you…

It's DOMS... The Good News? The more you regularly lift legs, the less DOMS you will experience. You may have some soreness in the future after workouts, but it won't be anything like you're experiencing now.

Well done man... You look fantastic

My clothes used to be extremely baggy because I was embarrassed of how I looked. Unfortunately, those clothes probably made things worse. I've finally bought clothes that fit correctly, especially jeans. It's great to wear a nice shirt that fits correctly and not feel like it's stretching itself more each time I wear it.

7 Reps for 155lbs equates to a higher 1 Rep Max (186lbs) than 3 Reps for 160lbs (1 Rep Max 170lbs). Looks like you're doing just fine. Also, there's no reason to worry if one lift is lagging behind another. As long as you're progressing in both lifts, that's all that matters.
