What's the purpose of a friends list without the newsfeed. So stupid
-
This is a load of BS. The Newsfeed was the 2nd most important part of this app behind the food diary. Underarmor has screwed this App over the years since buying it out. How about selling it to another company that actually cares and doesn't continue to jam more and more features behind a ridiculous $80/year pay wall We're…

Wow... This is BS. Underarmor has done nothing but make this app worse and worse. Congrates A-holes

That's a contraction in terms, bulking means gaining weight... both fat and muscle, depending on training and diet. I think you mean, can you lose 15lbs while still putting on muscle? That's really going to depend on where you are with body composition. If you're untrained (mostly) with higher bodyfat, you can likely put…

Log your Gym Session under "Cardio" when you're done. There's an option for "Strength Training" under cardio. You'll have to estimate calories. I typically use 200 Calories per 60 mins. You don't burn a ton of calories at the gym. However, I believe weight training is superior to cardio because for every pound of muscle…

UnderArmour totality fubared a great App

Hey!!! As a shorter guy myself... I'm thankful there's petite women out there! Also, I'm also a glass half full guy too... I can't imagine having to fly in those tiny airplane seats if I was a taller, bigger guy... lol. It's already a little tight for me at 5'9'

Well done!!
-
Agreed... And the commercials are some of the worst click bait garbage around...

Surprised you don't like Strong. I've used it for years and it's fantastic. The most friendly UI I've seen.

Don't be afraid of lifting weights. Light to Modest weight, usually dumbbells - Done in a controlled motion with higher reps, is a fantastic workout. There's infinite possibilities and building muscle is a great way to boost metabolism.

Fantastic....

Was at an event with my girls... Some kid runs up to me and says "Hey, you're pretty jacked for a old guy" lol... thanks little dude, I'll take it

Agree here... I've own my pair for almost three years... still trucking along. Though a small plastic piece came off. Still works though.

Yes.. can't remember his name. But a Doctor in Australia was censored and forbidden to recommend a low carb/high fat diet.

Following... 👀 Well done y’all.

So agree with you here... Most of these "Studies" are completely uncontrolled and absolute garbage. Mostly ignoring other dietary and activity choices. And yet, the USDA and the ADA continues to use them as gospel and forcing doctors to make dietary recommendations on these fallacies. Despite the fact that people vary…

I use MapMyRun (running duh) and the Strong App (Weights). Both will record workouts automatically. However, I get crazy varied calorie readings, so I always adjust them manually. For Runs - I use about 100 calories per 10 minutes... so a 30 min run = 300 calories Weights - About 200 calories per hour Using these general…

Very Yummy... with a little butter Brussel Sprouts

I wouldn't use BMI as any kind of indicator... People are far too different. I'm still considered obese according to BMI.

Glad to see that the term "Curvy" is even a little confusing among women. It seems to have lost it's meaning with today's media.

You don't really to worry about "bulking" and getting too much muscle quickly. It takes a ton of work and eating in surplus to really put on muscle. However, that doesn't mean you shouldn't do body building type of workout. I really enjoy Micheal Mathews podcast and another one I listen to is the "The Drop Set" (Darin…

The #1 thing I consistently do that's helped me the most is prepping my work lunches on the weekend. I found that lunch was the hardest meal to find something healthy to eat and I was always most likely to "Fall Off Wagon" if I had to drive and buy lunch somewhere everyday. The Fast Food temptation is too easy when you're…

Can you give a summary of your weekly weight workout (Splits / Sets / Reps... etc). FYI - I see ton's of new guys in the gym flailing around with iso-exercises and/or lifting extremely light weights for ton's of reps. They're just spinning their wheels and not really progressing. I SOO much want to reach out to them and…

He's only 25 and looks to be in decent shape. I may be high by 500 calories or so. But you don't really know your own BMR until you start tracking your exercise and diet. If he's really been lifting for 6 days per week for the last 6 years, his lifts really should be higher than that. Without more info, I'm thinking this -…

What is your goal? Physique? More Muscle? You're 137lbs at 5'7"? That's pretty lean. I'm 5'8", 190lbs. My body fat is around 13%-15%. You're probably around the same body fat (maybe more a little more or less....) If you want to put on muscle... you're going to need to eat... a lot. If you're really putting in the work in…

Been on diet most of the time. I started running about 3 years ago... ran several races (5ks, 10ks and halfs). I used to lift 2-3 days per week, but earlier last year I switched to mornings, so now I lift 5-6 days per week. The guy is about 2 miles away, so I run or bike to the gym for cardio. This switch really helped to…
