Hello. I am 56 years. Just started logging food again as I was overeating and like you have those 7lbs to lose. I take vitamin D 1000 iu, omega 3 and vitamin b12 100 ug. B12 seems to strengthen nails. Well done on your exercise routine!

Yes. It's a motivation thing. I usually start well and then lose that motivation. I usually lose 5lbs when my goal is 10lbs then put the 5lbs back on for Easter/Xmas etc.
