For every pound I lose, I will donate £5 to East Africa famine. I am 4 days in and one pound down/£5 donated.

What ever motivates you to hit your goal2

Do you ask for the money back when your weight fluctuates?! :laugh:3

Yes. It's a motivation thing. I usually start well and then lose that motivation. I usually lose 5lbs when my goal is 10lbs then put the 5lbs back on for Easter/Xmas etc.0

A variation: Set a weight goal, and a target date. If you don't reach that goal, you must MUST make a donation to an organization you hate.
One platform for this "motivation-by-loss-aversion" is http://www.stickK.com , and might be worth it if everything else fails.1 -
