I truly don't need to cheat. The calorie deficit is closer to 1,000 than to 100. That's on a daily basis. In additon I add to that normal deficit with my gym and walking calories. Chef - can you advise on "baked oatmeal". You can bake in advance, add hot milk and it's a like more like oatmeal cookies. Don't have the recipe but it probably needs to be adapted for all of us.
