I like my weight, but want more muscle. What's the secret?
I lift or train everyday. Initially I lost 2 lbs. but now after 4 weeks I've gained a net 5 lbs. i understand muscle vs fat, but prefer to stay the slim svelt dude I am.

Can't figure out Carb or Protein Diet
My trainer says high protein. I workout 6 days a week. I eat fewer than the recommended calories. And my weight never changes. According to my nutrition breakdown, I get twice the carbs and sugars as protein. But nearly all of them are fruits and grains. It leaves me thinking that my daily gym routine is only burning off…

Fitness Pal, Fitbit and Apple
Everyone wants to be in charge. One fails me nutritionally. The other fails me at the gym. Apple? Ignores all of them. If anyone has figured out how to make thes three play nice, I really want to know.
