  • My point to the long winded post was once you figure out what food combinations are low cal you can have a fulfilling day of food and not go over cals. Today's food.. Oatmeal Green beans TB fresco chic burrito TB fresco chic taco 1 cucumber 3 pretzel rods 2 chili dogs (all white meat turkey) Mac and cheese. 1535 cals. (Not…
  • Thank you for the input. I know 1000 cals a day is low and while I had days like that most were 1200-1300. I wasn't starving and was having no other issues I was biking 20 mph for and hour and doing 1hr of weight circuit with it. No fatigue or problems other then going from 240-170.. Clothes shopping got expensive.
  • Why are you eating less? You should be eating better. • Can I get this on cassette so I don't have to read the previous responses?
  • Thanks..
  • I lost 70lbs a few years ago 30 of which was through diet only. The biggest thing that made a difference wasn't what I ate it was the portion size. I bought a good set of measuring cups and used them instead of those big plastic spoons to serve me food. When I told my wife about using them she was skeptical. We were both…
  • While the scale is just a number it can be quite motivating. You need to know where your at to know where your going. While measurements and bmi are truly better measurements they are not very accurate down the road. Your fat loss will be a lot faster then muscle gain in the beginning (if your even doing weights). My last…
  • Just keep in mind if your lifting weights, which you should be doing with your diet and weight gain goals, once you put muscle on your body will begin to burn more calories. You will need to up your healthy calories as time goes on. If I remember right 1lb of muscle will raise your RMR 50 cals. So if your working out and…
