Another super busy day at work. Of course it's only going to get worse with Fall allergy and flu season approaching. I got my flu shot the other day. My arm wasn't even sore. Did I exercise for 20 minutes? Yes! 45 minute jog at sunset. It was beautiful! Did I stay within my calorie budget? I made home made chili and used mushrooms instead of beans. It was delish! Did I keep track of everything I ate? Yes!
