Try steaming your eggs for about 12 minutes instead of boiling. It makes peeling a lot easier.

I weight lift first, because that is my top priority at the gym. I do cardio after so I am not fatigued during lifting. It depends on your goals.

I received a spiralizer for xmas. I am now a huge fan of Zoodles. It really helps to bulk up a meal with very few calories.

I think he was just trying to give workout advice. A lot of people see relatively quick results doing HIITs. This time of work out continues to give you an increased calorie burn after you complete your workout.

I have had three babies and I can never loose weight while breast feeding. I just weened my last baby about three months ago, and I'm already down 15lbs.

Cut more calories. Isagenix has a "cleanse." You basically fast for two days and drink some nasty tasting liquid. I know a lot of people that loose around 7lbs with the isagenix cleanse. I tried it once, and couldn't do it. The flavor/smell of the cleanse liquid seriously made me want to vomit.

Until you get the rash resolved, you could try an exercise bike. I think that would help with friction since you wouldn't be moving your arms as much.

I think you should aim to eat a Heathy balanced diet. I get most of my protein from eggs, chicken breast, 0% milk and Greek yogurt. I buy Hebrew National when I do buy hotdogs. I don't know how "healthy" they are, but they taste a lot better than a typical hotdog.

I have had three kids, and I can never get the scale to budge while I am nursing. Once I wean I am able to drop weight very quickly. My theory is that my body stores fat to make extra nutritious milk for my babies and/ or that since I don't get my period back until I wean, my body thinks I'm in menopause.

I've been making roasted peppers, onions and either chicken or sirloin tips. I sprinkle it with cumin and salt.

Maybe get a Thermos so you can keep items warm. Besides salads and low carb wraps, I don't have many ideas for you.
