Quick Lunch ideas

I am a teaching assistant for a special needs classroom and don't always get a lunch break, so I am needing quick lunch ideas (other than salads and sandwiches) that I can bring that doesn't need heating up

    Maybe get a Thermos so you can keep items warm. Besides salads and low carb wraps, I don't have many ideas for you.

    maybe make up stuff like frittatas - so you're eating like a pie-type thing? they taste fine cold.
