I am following as modified plan as knees and heels won't allow me to do the jumps. Sore in my entire body. I guess that means the exercises are working.

I can't access the group discussions. My weigh in today: 191 ... I lost 5 lbs. I didn't reach the goal but I almost doubled my average weigh loss, don I am very happy!

Not sure how and when we report, I lost 1 pound from my last weigh-in. I try to get on the scale a few times a week but it is too frustrating to not see the numbers go down. So, I am now only going to do it once per week. (I am down 26 lbs. since starting in January.)
