Ok...don't understand this . I was under 1400 calories every day but one and that day I was over only by 84 calories... How can I gain 5 pounds?! *frustrated*1 -
Ok...don't understand this . I was under 1400 calories every day but one and that day I was over only by 84 calories... How can I gain 5 pounds?!
Probably water weight. I used to think I gained 2-3lbs every weekend. Once I drank the same amount of water on weekends, my weight has been consistent.
Also, be sure to weigh the same thing - same time of day, after bowel movements, and wearing the same clothing.
I'm 2lbs heavier towards the end of the day, my movements can be a lb or so, and my t-shirt and underwear half a pound. That adds up to a 3.5 swing in one day ...
Throw in water weight, and you're easily skewed by over 5lbs.0 -
