Finally back on track, 157lbs is what I usually weigh. Last week I decided to begin following iifym as a new eating method. I started on Wednesday and did go over a bit on the weekend, I'm working on correcting the bad eating habits on the weekends.6 -

Having suffered with a cold all week, bronchitis made me short of breath so I couldn't exercise much and my medicine mad me voraciously hungry so I ate more than I should have. But I'll be content that I lost one little pound as at least I didn't gain.7 -

I have to admit I was a little worried about losing any weight this week as I had a hysterectomy on Oct 31st and I gained 8.4 lbs in water weight overnight from the IV drip (thankfully only took me 5 days to get those lbs off). Plus I have to eat slightly more calories to help with healing and have not been able to be very active due to recovery.
I am super happy with my number so I might celebrate tonight with a turkey burger splurging with avocado and salsa toppings! Living it up healthy style. Hope everyone had a great week too9 -

This weeks focus: No alcohol and desert on Friday only at school play "dinner theater"
Goal for week: at least 1lb.
Going to the store today after work. More salad fixins as well club soda something... I don't want to drink pop or diet soda, but I crave the FIZZ of carbonated beverages! Anyone got any alternatives?4 -

Absolutely. Try a little seltzer water or club soda with lemon or lime squeezed in or a dash of juice. You get your fizz with out all the extra calories.3 -
