28 Nov - It has been a strange week. I am so hungry and so tired. I think my thyroid is whacky. My immune system is also low. I am not sure what to do differently and I am terrified of gaining. I've worked to hard to get here. Any advice from anyone who has experience with hypothyroidism please.

I was a bit disappointed in the 2 pound gain but realize it was from overindulgence from Thanksgiving and the following few days. Its time to get back to the business of losing weight and reach the 8 pound challenge goal. Hoping everyone has a blessed day.2 -
