For me the important thing is to make sure that I exercise whatever the time. Since I exercise outsite, I time myself with the weather. I prefer after eating when possible to facilitate digestion.

I take one tbsp of coconut every day. I'll add magnesium, Good idea I had forgotten about that.

I don't like maltodextrin since it is supposed to be a highly processed sugar .

What i'm doing is cutting carbs as much as possible, no whole grain. more like taking in lipids to make the body work, like in the ketogenic diet.
