For me, there's so much food on holidays. I just make a small plate and walk far away from the food after that lol. Or try to only eat the veggies if you are constantly hanging around the food table lol

I have to agree with the clothes. Yes, we grow out of them. But it is so important to have clothes that actually fit and you feel comfortable and pretty in. It makes you feel sexy and helps with confidence when you're struggling on this weight loss journey but can still look in the mirror and feel so attractive.

I'm not a nurse but I'm a CNA and CMA. I had to wear compression socks at work. Your best bet might be to do your work outs in the morning before work, that's what I used to do and that was the way I stuck with it the longest. It's hard at first but once you do it for a while, it sticks.
