Need some motivation

I have lost 15lbs I have been eating healthier and working out at gym almost everyday. I would take a break 2 days a week. But lately I'm so tired from work. After work I'm so tired I don't feel like going to the gym. I feel this might cause my 15lbs to come back. Need some advice. And by no way am I lazy I'm on my feet 8 hours. I'm a nurse

I'm not a nurse but I'm a CNA and CMA. I had to wear compression socks at work. Your best bet might be to do your work outs in the morning before work, that's what I used to do and that was the way I stuck with it the longest. It's hard at first but once you do it for a while, it sticks.3
