  • I hope it is intuitive but lots of people don't know what NEAT is, EPOC, LISS cardio etc. I knew about NEAT but didn't know it had an actual name so to speak! Just trying to keep it simple for everyone as on this page we all have the same goals and it's not easy.
  • Well for me not very active and slightly active are 1500 cals. Active bumps it up to 1700. I think I'm going to set mine to slightly active anyway to give me a buffer even though I walk my 12,000 or so steps every day. Then log gym sessions separately. Need to go tomorrow. So don't fancy the thought of that right now

  • Measurements measurements measurements! The scale makes u feel better at its physically there in front of you. Don't stress too much about actual weight

  • That's interesting. I go out of my way to do steps and normally hit about 12,500. So do I change my activity level to highly active then just knock off extra gym sessions? I'm getting more confused by the minute. On any standard day I would probably do 4,000 steps but I push myself and regularly do 12,500. I'm on 19,000…
