  • Hi! I'm also a new mom! Losing weight after a baby is definitely hard. I would recommend doing whatever little exercise you can. The other night while trying put my daughter to sleep, I thought maybe I could workout. At the end of my workout, I looked down in my arms and she was fast asleep. ^_____^
