no shame in that!!! however you do it is brilliant - I did the same with the push ups - still struggled lol!! so long as we keep going it doesnt matter what variation we do - well done!!

Welcome to October people!!! Day 1 of challenge done - found the pushups the hardest - been doing box pressups in Sept but tried for 3/4 ones today - got to 4 then collapsed on the 5th lol!! Had a minute rest then did my 5th!! Good luck everyone!!!
