Hey! I'm also 5'4.5" (I like to say I'm 5'5" hehe) and I'm trying to go from 137 lbs to around 128 lbs. Hope you don't mind if I add you :)

Thursday: 1.) don't eat any of the cookies and treats in the break room! 2.) come home for lunch instead of going out 3.) power through leg day!
