I always have a roast But since being on a diet I don't have the potatoes So it's meat and veg with a quarter the amount of gravy is usually have for me

I'm on a low carb diet Macros are 15% carb 35% protien 50% fat I'm so full I struggle to eat 1000cal a day and never snack But I have a huge tub of peanut butter Incase I ever feel the need. Although the carbs are a little high it levels out. Eggs Meat Fish Protien sweets Cheese All good for snacking x

I have an alcohol blow out every Friday which is my weigh day This far I've lost 3lb a week So it hasn't affected my loss Once a week doesn't harm You got to have a treat now and then x

Never tried But I'm very anti anything that seems too good to be true. I used to take xenical years ago. Lost a load of weight but put it all straight back on when I stopped The only way to keep weight off is by changing your lifestyle and sticking to it The healthy natural way is always the best way x

Yes they have a trainer but I'm not a member yet (I'm PAYG) But will be joining on payday They are very good even though I'm not a member. The assistant does boxing with me for 15 mins whilst I'm there. As soon as I get the membership I will ask to be trained

Unfortunately my gym is closed at weekends I could always do more when I go I guess I just don't want to burn myself out and start hating going

Thanks everyone I've just done another 2 hours but not doing any more until Monday From then on I'll be doing 2hrs three times a week (mon, wed, fri) I just hope to see a drop Today I did 40 mins treadmill 25 mins Cross county strider 35 cycling And the rest weights I'm enjoying the cardio a lot more than the weights

First time I started I was 15.1 I lost 24lbs This time I was 17st I'm currently 15.3 Keeping it up this time X

Over the past 6 weeks, iveveen walking ten miles every 2 days and swimming 2000m in between I've been loosing 2lb or so per week Last week I was lazy and stayed on the sofa and lost 3lb But you know what? I'd rather loose 2lb a week and get myself fit than 3lb a week and not be fit X
