Yes! Every weekend! But it comes off by the following Friday (weigh day) This weekend I've gained 8lbs I've been bad . Alcohol Friday, bad food yesterday and today. I'm on 1200 and bank my calories daily so I can have a 'day off' on Fridays. I'm averaging between 1amd 3 lbs a week loss x

I lost 50lbs since July too! I hit a plateau between 8th October and 31st (I lost nothing!) So I added more carbs to my diet It seems to be working as this week I lost 5lb

I have psoriasis all over my scalp I use coconut oil three times a week I lather it all over my head, wrap in a towel and leave it in overnight. Wash it out the next morning and it really helps keep it at bay.

Thank you! I hit a plateau before the wedding (only lost 1lb in three weeks) so that's why I'm looking at changing my diet. I managed to lose 1lb this week even though I've had a big week (lots of prosecco and naughty foods) so I'm guessing that eating carbs is helping me at the moment. I know It's just that when I eat a lot of sodium I retain a lot of water and it makes me feel sluggish X

I've tried all diets going I've tried xenical and other pills and potions The only diet that's worked for me is LCHF Three stone off and still going

Xenical is evil! Your toilet bowl will not thank you You'll never get those stains out lol I took it a few years ago Lost 8kg in a month (not healthy!) Gained it all back as soon as I stopped taking it Vile stuff!
