  • Thank you so much to responding! I’m more psychologically tired then anything else. But this past year I was extremely active and couldn’t lose weight. I wasn’t as happy as I normally am but I did work out 6 days a week. I did diet at a 1650 calorie deficit and measured everything to the gram. Prior to celiac diagnosis I…
  • Cardio is three hours a week. One hour three times a week. And weight training on the other days. I was eating 1650 with exercise. Before I was diagnosed with celiac disease I was eating 1650 for years and was very lean. I had a cheat meal once a month and that worked for me. Then I started gaining weight out of no where.…
  • Nope 100% tracked to the gram. I wish I a was counting wrong…that’s easy to fix
  • My logs have not been completed or really maintained..I’ve eaten way under. I was very consistent and now I have lost hope and don’t know to do. When I’m focused I’m looking everything..but like I said I was very focused and measured everything by the gram and wasn’t able to lose…for the past few weeks I’ve been trying to…
  • I have been eating 1650 calories for several years. I always maintained a very lean muscular build. I did a lot of weight training and three hours of cardio a week day. I isolated my body parts with weight training and putting on a significant amount of muscle, but I did go through a lot of stress and then Covid happened…
  • Hi I am aware of that at this point. But again I just started with the Fitbit to see where my Overall TDE is. But I’m noticing that 1640 seems to be extremely low just knowing my stats and my numbers where would you guys think the best place for me to go would be I don’t plan on adding in for all my extra exercise Calories…
  • And just to be clear the bolded letters in my paragraph are not a woo There a question as to what can possibly going on internally that my body is struggling to not lose weight. So if you think something like that is absolutely insane and crazy please don’t respond to this post because it’s not something crazy.
  • Hi, I’m very confused because I have been using my fitness pal. My fitness pal states that in order to lose half a pound a week 1640 would be my recommended caloric deficit. I have been eating that way for years and never had a problem. Like I said in the previous post unfortunately I gained 30 pounds due to underlying…
  • Hi, in the past I have been able to lose weight nicely at a 1640 cal deficit. Is that a little low I’m sure it is but it always worked for me and I didn’t feel like I needed more. I’m extremely active I haven’t logged my steps or activity as part of my deficit. I would never count the peloton and I would never use my steps…
  • I’m 35 and I weigh 153.1 and I’d like to get to 134 and I’m 5 foot 4 inches
  • Thanks..my pepper ranges from 110-130 grams. I’m glad its an error then
  • Hi, I’m still here. I have lost weight I’m just not losing as fast as I would have normally lost. I do know that it takes the body sometime to get used to the new diet and the healing process as well. I just feel extremely frustrated.
  • Guess no one can help…
  • I started at 159 I have never been that heaven before l. The most I weighted was 150 so I guess looking at myself and see where I am (which is normally where I start) just upsets me and pushes me into somewhat of a depression. If I started at 150 and I was now 140 I think I’d have a better reaction of that makes sense….
  • Just calories but I know the nutritional information so add that up as well and make sure I’m hitting the right numbers
  • I use quick add only after it is measured in gram s and I’m not in the mood to find the food in the data base
  • Yes and it’s been a long struggle and it’s still on going :(
  • I’m 35 years old…I’m 5”5 and I’m eating 1640 a day. I measured food by the gram with a good scale. I have lost weight before eating this number but not this slow. I am getting a decent amount of fiber in my diet. I had something called sibo and it screwed my entire body up and I haven’t been able to get it back. I started…
  • I enjoy taking a day off from dieting and indulging but I’m not getting satisfaction anywhere. Yes the food was good but it wasn’t the same feeling as it used to be. I think I just want everything to go back to the way it was before covid and before my GI issues…I want my body back as well. And I know one day a month of…

  • I had high cortisol levels for awhile and I was dealing with alot of stress...I wanted to see if was I able to lose weight now. In general I don't use a scale or care about the numbers. I just want to make sure it's going down.
  • Your 100% right. It really doesn't matter how long it takes.me as long as I get there. And a great goal is to just hit the gym every day weather I feel it or not. I will focus on my daily achievements. I think that is the best thing to do. Thank you.
  • Thanks so much for this your right! I'm so eager to get myself back to where I was that I didn't even look at it day by day. There is more then an expectancy to it. I'm going to be patient t and let the process work...Thank you.
  • I was maintaining 15% fat for years...i went through a very bad divorce which througj my entire body out of whack...my central nervous system was off. I would start shaking with any type of exercise I did. I finally got back to myself but it took so long and then covid hit. I started doing shaunt insanity everyday at home,…
