I weigh myself all the time, mostly because it's interesting to see how the weight fluctuates between morning and night. But Monday morning is when it counts. That's when I log my results for the week.

You're only eating 1000 calories a day? Unless I am not understanding then you are starving yourself and your body is reacting. Try 1500 calories a day and keep exercising. I also suggest a trip to the doctor and nutritionist.

going to Oktoberfest on Saturday night. Will try to limit myself to 2 drinks. I haven't had any alcohol since last Saturday.

I bought a 3 pack of breasts the other day. One was 20 oz, one was 12.5 and the other 14 oz. You have to weigh your chicken otherwise you will grossly underestimate your calories!

I'm in. 50 miles for me. I'm not a runner and just getting started. My goal is 5 miles twice a week so we will see how it goes.

Not true if you get the unsweetened, which I think is delicious.

Use the My Recipe feature. Weigh and log all of your ingredients and figure out how many servings. MFP will add everything up and give you calories and nutritional information per serving.

100% agree. It doesn't matter how often you eat or when you eat. The only thing that matters is burning more calories than you consume. Do what's best for you and eat whenever you want, as long as you continue to eat at a deficit.

I agree with the above posts. You are eating too much. Either you are miscalculating your portion sizes or you are allowing too many calories per day. Have you calculated your metabolic rate to figure out how many calories your body is burning just by functioning and decide on daily calorie goals from there, or just…

So many things could be causing the tiredness. Stress, bad diets, not enough exercise. If you really think there is a problem get some routine blood work to rule out any medical problem. Also look at your sugar intake. Sugar will make you sluggish.

So sorry. I hope you get some pain relief soon. Injuries and pain suck.

7 lbs in 2 months is actually AWESOME. Slow and steady wins the health and weight loss race. Good job!

How many calories a day is your goal? Age, height, weight? How much do you exercise? What kind of exercise do you do?

Keep eating at a deficit. You've only been working at it since April? Do not over eat and by April 2017 you will be down even more weight, even if you don't exercise. How many calories are you eating a day now?

Please read the book "Thinner, Leaner, Stronger" by Michael Matthews. You don't need to spend 2 hours at the gym. You need to eat (at a deficit using MFP diary) and do weightlifting and some cardio. Please read the book, it's eye opening and will help you. Add me as a friend here too.

Weigh yourself once a week at the same time. That's it. Of course you're going to be hungry after working out. I usually have a small snack before working out, a protein shake immediately after and my next meal planned and prepped. You should easily be able to control your hunger.

Interesting I'm going to have to try that. I have cellulite on my butt. I've been squatting and running a lot of the past 3 months but it's not going away fast enough for me..... My boyfriend and I are going to Hawaii in November and he wants me to wear one of those skimpy bikinis that doesn't cover your butt. No way!

Do you have Orange Theory Fitness near you? If so, go in and try a class. Usually the first 1 or 2 classes is free. The great thing is you can work at your own pace. Half the class is interval training on the treadmill. You can start at 2 or 3 miles per hour and over time work up your speed and your incline. There are a…
