  • Age: 30 Height: 5'3" Starting weight: 216ish Round Goal: Only eat out 2 times! 4/16 I COMPLETELY forgot to weigh myself this morning, so I'm assuming it's still 216 give or take, whoops. I'm going to try to get a little more hydrated today, I was so good about that in my early 20s and I miss the way that made my vocal…

  • For an event, I'd try buying something I like in my current size and have it taken in after I lost weight. That way I know it suits my general structure, and I get to have a tailored garment like all the celebrities! That's part of how they look so good. I don't want to buy into something several sizes than where I'm at…
  • The author of "Goodbye, things: The New Japanese Minimalism" also lost weight when he decluttered. His name is Fumio Sasaki. People who think Marie Kondo wanted them to get rid of literally everything they owned should read his book to see what that really looks like, lol. I guess none of the trouble we get ourselves into…
  • I had the best tortellini pasta and tiramisu ever on Sunday. Dessert tastes so good if you wait to have something fancy instead of having grab and go snack cakes throughout the week. Dopamine explosion. October Start Weight: 198 October Goal Weight: 193 Ultimate Goal Weight: 120 October 4: 198 October 9: 196…
  • I can do petty. I want to avenge myself for the weight I gained by eating more to make other people feel less insecure. I want the "you've lost weight!" comments. I want dresses to hang on me better. I want better dating options. I want people to offer to do stuff I don't actually wanna do because I'm just oh-so delicate,…
  • My budget kick combined with my rededication to weight loss. Cheap snacks aren't worth it. I got a cookbook from the 80s called "Quick, Thrifty Cooking" over the weekend and I'm excited to try it out. • I want to be able to log food without drawing my friend's attention to it because they are all varying degrees of just. Bad with the subject of weight loss. Ranging from "you don't have to change, finish my food!!" to "oh cool I'm going to track calories too now but get really mad if I have one cheese and accuse you of…
  • Moving more and eating better is energizing me!
  • Thank you all! I got a whopping headache not long after I made this post. I almost hunted down a brownie or something just to make the pain stop, but I didn't feel like driving so I slept it off. Felt a lot better the next day! I removed desserts because I had gotten in the habit of having a sugary latte and two desserts…
  • The petty thing keeping me going is that even though I've gained about 10lbs during the pandemic, I haven't gained nearly as much as the people I know who relied on keto, who are at square one again. Bless them. :')
  • Hello! I'm from KCMO. Losing weight and trying to find physical activity I like. Hoping that gyms don't close again because I really want to try climbing more. My gf and I like to hike when the humidity isn't a nightmare.
  • YOU GOT ME! I call myself a hobbit all the time and I call my mid-morning snack a second breakfast, it's 100% a Tolkien thing!!
  • Hello, this is my first time doing this challenge. I want to do the half-marathon at Disney Wine & Dine in 2022!

  • I'm excited for Summer! I'm glad to be able to explore the local area again. I just got a tent for a pretty good price and I can't wait to use it! I am getting into the habit of making my own lunches. I've also realized that, hey, if I want to be an active person... I have to BE ACTIVE. I walked 4 miles yesterday!! I am…
  • The soreness should get better as your muscles warm up on your walk! Sitting still for a long time always makes my soreness worse. If it's summer where you are, a short break on a nice hot park bench can feel nice if your legs aren't bare. :D
  • I know this is an EONS old post, but I saw Tyler Willis show off Angelic Pretty's Classic Fairytales in one of her Frock Talk videos and I now want to be the most festive couch at the Christmas ball. I've really been gravitating towards greens, browns, and reds.
  • I honestly wish any restaurant with more than one location would be required to at least reveal the caloric value for their food. I'm more likely to eat somewhere if they're straightforward about that, and I don't think it hurts to have that little window for people to see what they're putting in their body.
  • I've had 1200 calories as my goal for about 3 weeks now and my weight loss has been steady! HOWEVER, I don't marry the number. It's more of a "Aim for the moon, land among the stars!" goal so there's a day or two each week that I go over... but I'll still be in deficit because "overeating" puts me at around 1500 or 1600…
  • So that they'll see, THEY'LL ALL SEE 😤
  • Oh jeeze, everyone talking about how uncomfortable their beds got after losing weight made me realize something. I have to get an actual bed. Hopefully I won't be in a top floor apartment when I lose a significant amount of weight! Sleeping on foam pads on the floor won't cut it anymore! The first time I lost weight, I was…
