I’m finding just after ovulation/week 3 of my cycle the worst week, low energy and also no satisfaction with what I’ve eaten. I’ll do what PP have suggested and eat maintenance calories. It’s so hard not to stuff a whole pizza in my face!

Agreed, log and move on. These things happen. When I have an oops I tend to pre-log for the following day to ensure I hit my targets.

My nails have become so long and strong, I'm putting it down to extra protein consumption. A few people have asked if they're extensions, nope all mine :) Before they always used to break, now if I want them shorter I have to file or cut them down.
