May I suggest fleece cuddle duds? They're wonderful

I had a lifetime of horse related injuries and worked on my feet all day for 40 years. My knees were so bad I had to hobble up or down stairs and when I stood up I'd hobble a few steps before I could stand up. I started the New Rules programs, thinking step ups and split squats were going to be the end of me but I'd try…

I second that. And The Lean Muscle Diet is also great. And the original New Rules has awesome workouts...love Lou Schuler's books.

One egg plus four egg whites and some salsa. One little piece of toast with a smidge of butter. Plus a whole tomato. It's my go to and keeps you nice and full for hours. It about 250 cals

Sounds like you're eating low fat, eating fat doesn't make you fat. It's an essential nutrient and it really helps with the cravings. Eat some avocado, or butter even. I've been lifting weights for 4 years now and I love it. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, about an hour each and I've never been stronger or fitter. Check out…

I would have chased that with chicken wings and a large bag of chips...so you're good. If you log it it's not so bad.

When my *kitten* is dragging I eat carbs, it really helps me. If I'm starving I eat more fat and protein. If you're getting sick you need to give your body some fuel.

A very salty snack. Like chex mix...

I might add that if you eat the same foods all the time it's easy to track the calories on paper once you figure out how many are in there.

Wondering what your situation is. Do you live with your parents? Do you have access to healthy food? You should make some preparations to allow you to succeed in the long run. Are you aware of what you should be eating? Think meat, eggs, vegetables, fruit and whole grains. Treats are small and in single servings. Are you a…

I've noticed that too, once you fight your way down it's easier to get there again.

Teta, thank you spell check

I counted my macros for a.while instead of calories. It took 10 days to lose one pound instead of a week but I was full the entire time. I was always low.on fat and carbs and had to eat toast lol. The Lean Muscle Diet by Lou Schuler breaks it down and there are some great workouts in it as well.

Disclaimer...only a random Mfp user and lifting for three years. On lifting days I have an extra protein powder serving. Specifically Optimum Nutrition whey isolate for 120.

Someone gave me a piece of birthday cake. I cut it in seven pieces and put each piece in a baggie in the freezer. If I buy junk food I'll eat it. Think 8 servings of chips or a pint of Ben and Jerry's. Best not to have it in the house. I replace it with single serving bags of skinny pop or Yasso frozen yogurt bars or 40…

About 10 pounds for me

An 8 inch pumpkin pie has 1982 calories and 8oz heavy whipping cream has 800, I ate the whole thing..plus the dinner. Then I topped it off with a bag of potatoe chips.

Curry powder? Love it with brown rice and veggies. Needs a little butter though
-
Wow, you look fantastic! Nice and toned with plenty of muscle. Definitely maintenance. Congrats!

Sugar free jello for five calories..skinny pop in single serving bags for 100. Starbucks skinny mocha for 140. Now I want a mocha...

Breakfast, spinach, kale, protein powder, blueberry, pineapple flax seed blender full of sludge. Second breakfast, cup of cottage cheese with no sugar fruit cocktail. Lunch, brown rice with peas and curry sauce. Dinner, bag of skinny pop and butter. Snack one little apple....no cooking involved!
-
Walmart has them for $14, works fine
-
That's because it's all evening out. The extra calories are burned off with exercise. What you're doing now is maintenance. Have you tried eating 1200-1400 calories for a week or two? That's what I would do. And not eat exercise cals back. Make sure your scale is working. If stored on its side you have to weigh a couple of…

Ooh, I'm trying this!

Lemon, lime and grapefruit are awesome. The other flavors I've tried, not so much. I can't even stomach a regular soda anymore. Way way too sweet.
-
Apples work well for me. Along with tea
-
I just use whatever the skinny girls are using lol

I personally hate cardio and love weightlifting. Heavy weights, loud 80s rock music and a Moka pot of coffee. It was New Rules of Weight lifting for Women that got me started. Then on to every program in every one of Lou Schuler's books. My new thing is working out on the heavy bag....and I'm old....and a woman. I love the…

Personally, I would back off on the exercise if it's cardio and concentrate on the calorie deficit. It sounds like what you're doing isn't sustainable long term. What are you doing for two hours a day? My two cents anyway. Lose some weight and then start exercising but don't kill yourself with it.

Try some Bulgarian split squats, with weights. You will.feel those..hehe
