Bio freeze helps me. Plus one aspirin. If I can't sleep after that I eat a special k chocolate chip meal bar. Works every time to put me to sleep. Must be the carbs

Soup takes longer to eat. I eat my smoothie with a spoon and it's very filling.

I've been reading that too! It's just fabulous. Been maintaining for years but mostly thru starving for five days, eating junk for a couple days. Got tired of eating meat and picked up that book. After three days of eating unlimited whole grains, fruit, veg, nuts and beans I'm so full I can't eat another thing, feel great,…

Or log your calories on MFP and see how you do. Your eating habits will change dramatically. I started out as a junk food junkie and now I'm eating veggies with chia seeds and nutritional yeast... [edited by MFP Staff]

I've been mixing in my smoothie for a year. It absolutely helps my nails plus it's 10 grams of protein. I give it a thumbs up!

Yup, was climbing down from the attic and accidentally kicked the ladder down. Left me hanging by my arms and I just lowered myself down with very little effort. 62 year old lady that took up weight lifting five years ago.

Ammonia in with the detergent works well

I've been maintaining for years now, still watch and log my calories because I'm so used to doing it. If I eat too much one day I'll eat at a deficit for the next few days. I try to eat high fat on my cheat day and stay away from sugar. My fav is a dozen chicken wings and an entire bag of grandma utz handcooked potato…

If you cut out 6 calories a day from diet soda and everything else remains the same, you'll lose a pound every 583 days.

At 8:00 pm every night I make a giant salad but chop everything up and make it really sense. Mixed greens, cucumber, onions, lots of tomatoes, strawberries, kiwi, with balsamic, cottage cheese or skinny girl salad dressing. Takes me an hour to eat it. It's delicious and fills me up. And after all that chewing I don't feel…

Oh my, that looks wonderful. I'm def checking that out, thanks! Good info

They sell the Fustini's online. I just ordered the $40 bottle because it's my Birthday month...

That sounds wonderful! Thanks

It sounds like you're at a low weight for your height. I didn't catch that when I made my hamburger comment. Strength training will absolutely firm you up if that's what you're looking for. I started with New Rules of Lifting for Women and moved on to The Lean Muscle Diet workouts by the same guy. I'm 62 and in the best…

Visualize 10 pounds of hamburger..

I love my total gym knock off. And dumbells. Craigslist and yard sales are usually good for deals.

Salads, chicken breasts, fruit, it's so good. The bottle didn't have cap that restricted the flow so I accidentally just poured it on and it was so good I drenched everything. And then, went to order some and saw the price!

I estimate the weight and figure 5 cals average per gram. So 140 per ounce. Then I put my fork down...

What makes you happy? Have to get out of your head, gotta get moving, go shopping, go to a movie. Watch cute animal videos. Throw away junk food. Eat a rotisserie chicken. That'll fill you up. Maybe try some ginseng, John's wort, b vitamins. Get some sunlight. Turn on your fav music and force yourself to smile. Read a good…

Are you eating salty food? Like canned soup? I takes my body four days to get back to normal after eating progresso soup. Drink lemon water for it's diuretic properties. And at one point my digital scale was stuck forever, I always stored it on its side. I changed the battery and weighed myself twice and had lost five…

Frozen cherries are delicious too, with the banana and cocoa
-
Half a banana and some cocoa powder might help!
-
Microwave sweet potatoes! And chopped salads with Skinny Girl dressing. I went thru a rutabaga phase, a cubed roasted rutabaga fills me up like a Thanksgiving dinner.

I do an extra protein powder on lifting days. Optimum Nutrition whey isolates, the chocolate one mixed with water isn't too bad. And I don't count it. Seems to do the trick

61 years old here. Started NROL five years ago and it's helped my knees, hips and back. When I started I couldn't walk up steps without limping having spent most of my life on my feet or on a horse. I started with the NROL for women and have bought every book by Lou Schuler and done most of the workouts. I think I have…

Yes, me too. Seems to keep me awake if I take it at night

Two pounds is good dude. Just have to keep it up. And if it's a digital scale sometimes you have weigh a couple of times, they seem to get stuck on the same number.

Play poker on my iPad while on the treadmill. Listen to Hamilton soundtrack and lift heavy things. Really loud lol plus I make a Moka pot and drink it while I work out. Best part of my day.

That looks like a lot of cooking...but delicious!

Ha, I stayed on track and gained 1.8 for no reason. Must be water. Just keep swimming Dory
