Broccoli, ugh
I know broccoli is super duper healthy but I really don't like it. What can I put on it to make it taste halfway decent? I'm good with spicy food but Tabasco on broccoli doesn't cut it!

I recently received a bottle of Fustini's balsamic vinegar as a gift. In three days I've used the whole bottle. A small bottle is 20 bucks, it's that good. What's the second best balsamic on the market? So I don't have to sell my children...

Instant Pot?
Yes or no. Is it better than a crock pot? I'm a terrible cook, thinking I could get some decent chicken out of it but not sure it's worth the investment. I'm famous for my cooking...but not in a good way lol

Just looking for opinions, this guy has a diet and exercise plan that claims to regulate your hormones and burn fat by timing meals and a specialized workout. I say it's not possible to change your hormone levels without medical intervention. I call *kitten*.

Best ab exercise?
I'm trying to add to my weightlifting workouts. Doing sit ups, dead bugs, McGill curl ups, short planks, because long ones hurt my back, and leg lifts. Opinions please, Best bang for the buck?

Whole body vibration machine?
Friend is considering buying one of these. I checked reviews and some say it actually helps with toning, injuries and weight loss. Others say there's no science behind it. I'm inclined to say it's a gimmick but wondering if anyone out there has any experience with using one?

Ladies squat and deadlift?
I'm a 59 year old woman and have been weightlifting for three years. I usually cycle the NROL programs which include lots of squats and dead lifts. Heaviest squats with low reps are 70 pounds, same for dead lifts. High reps are about 50 pounds. I could probably do more but I don't want to hurt myself. So question is for…
