I signed up in 2013 and 2015? and apparently lost weight, I forget how much, but kept a lot of it off. I got off track a little, and went on Noom, which I found very helpful for the psychology. But going back to MFP will be good for me now. I have lost 56 lbs altogether, and want to lose at least 20 lbs more. I struggle…

Just turned 77 and returned for the second time after a long absence. Very different layout, not sure I like it. But I was pleased to see that since 2013 when I first joined I have lost 54 lbs. Still working on my goal weight and on my overall health and fitness.
