Hello fellow MFP!

I didn't even realize I had signed up for this account 5 years ago, so I had my first weigh in and then crickets. I just logged in again to keep accountability and synced it with my Fitbit. I've been up and down in my weight, and looking to keep it off. It stinks that I am in love junk food.

Most recently my highest was 140 lbs and with kickboxing, a strict diet, and Noom I was able to bring my weight down to 124 lbs. However, once school started again and life happened, I've went back up to 130 lbs. Goal for now is 120 and UGW is 110.

Let's make this happen!

I signed up in 2013 and 2015? and apparently lost weight, I forget how much, but kept a lot of it off. I got off track a little, and went on Noom, which I found very helpful for the psychology. But going back to MFP will be good for me now. I have lost 56 lbs altogether, and want to lose at least 20 lbs more.

I struggle with sugar, but find that the less I eat the less I crave. The knowledge that I can have small portions of foods I crave, if needed, is comforting and helpful.

My problem is exercise. First of all, I am very resistant to doing formal exercises alone, and have no one to pair with. (Since I am 77 now and this has been true all my life, I do not think that is going to change.) I live in a rural area with very limited outside exercise possibilities, and it's too cold to do much outside most days. We have no formal exercise opportunities available except Bone Builders twice a week, and there is only so much housework I can do. And I have limited financial resources. My solution at this point is to find as many excuses to be up and around as I can, and to take advantage of every opportunity to keep moving at my part-time job. I am still looking for other possible solutions.
