Thanks guys, i think my main issue with the guilt is I don't want to eat more and then put the weight back on and undo the hard work I had put in in the first place, but I do think i've become totally obsessed with logging / cals etc. i've set it to lose 0.5lb a week since I don't have loads to lose I should try it…

Hey! I'm 5'9" and currently 137lbs. Still feel as though I have a tummy to lose and would like to tone up (heaviest weight was 206) loose skin etc, not sure what weight aiming for - looking to incorporate some weight training into fitness work so weight may increase.
