Sure, just make sure not to exceed the safe level of protein for your weight. It's hard on your kidneys.

I fill up on veggies during the day or have a protein smoothie. I tend to space mine pretty evenly including snacks. Just be sure you are getting plenty of protein and fiber to feel full longer.

I have lost even on holidays by just getting in my exercise and portion control. Just what I was thinking. Maybe keep a change of workout clothes in her size to throw at her to add pressure to either join you or wait till that is finished before coming over. Just tell her you have her things all ready for that time of the day. Now, drop and give me 20!

That is very misleading to put it on the menu that way. I always worry about the accuracy of the menu calorie counts. I usually try to go under on those days just to leave room for error, but that is crazy high.

Not exactly relaxing, but I have done squats or Pilates exercises during commercial breaks. It take that time to plan your meals or workouts. ( planning is relaxing for me) or just save up some calories and munch on popcorn or veggies.

@theslightedgeforever My son is healing. He has an appointment with his doctor next week to check the neck fracture. Thanks for asking. He has a ways to go and now a financial crisis with all of this. The lady that hit him was at fault, but didn't have enough insurance to touch the expenses.

@cbabie you will. We all have those same struggles. I have learned to carry veggies with me everywhere I go and a fiber one chocolate bar just in case I just need chocolate. Maybe it's time for you to move and leave her there to fill the fridge herself. If she has more money than you that shouldn't be a problem. Do not give her a key to your next place. You need some clear boundaries.

I plan to buy an outfit in the next size down that I really want to wear. I hang it where I can see it in my closet every time I open the door. I would like to be down another size by Christmas.
