I changed the fat to 20, just to try it. After looking at it, I think you're right. 15 would be very hard to hit. I will try 20 and see how that works.

I will look at it. It may be. I tend to eat pretty low fat as a norm, i have a hard time some days of getting enough. Just try to make sure that it is mostly good fats. If so I will readjust it.

I had just switched to 45 protein 40 carb and 15 fat. Maybe I need to do 40-40-20?

I started to track and count calories. Everything else on here, the support, discussion boards, friends, and support, have been such a huge bonus! That support has made everything easier! Hope you love it here.

Going to have to look into those programs myself. I lift weights and am losing weight. It's always good to build more lean muscle and get stronger. It will help burn more calories too. Win win!

Lol! No nuts and no foursome. Pies, cookies, and doughnuts. But these people were relentless! We have a tree service and sometimes people can be well meaning, but overbearing. I try to be nice, but inside, I am thinking of all kinds of things I can say. And people wonder why I smile all the time.

Might work, except I can't lie to save my life. I may not blow up like a balloon in the way they would assume I mean it, but fat is puffy right? I can pull off that little tale. It may make them walk away without asking too many questions.

I'm thinking I'm at my first plateau this time. Not sure yet, but in the past it has always been changing things up that kicked me back into gear to lose. Could be good, exercise or both.

Just started strong lifts too this last month. I'm 43 and love weightlifting. I feel so much better when I do it. I am just really getting started again after not lifting regularly for years. I am already increasing weight lifted and feeling stronger. Working on losing weight and building muscle.

I keep a container of veggies on hand for snacking. Sugar snap peas are my favorite, no dip needed.

Feel free to add me. My diary is open. I recommend much of the same though. You can add egg whites to your egg at breakfast, protein powder, peanut butter, pb2 is good in protein smoothies without adding loads of calories. Lean meat is always great. Love my Greek yogurt and fruit for snacks.

It won't be the water. Milk maybe if it upsets your stomach anyway I would eliminate that first. If you have increased your fiber dramatically overnight, that will do it too. We all need plenty of fiber, but sometimes it takes our bodies a while to adjust.

I can't see undoing all my progress for holiday binging, however I will enjoy some of the treats. I will increase my exercise. I may even do something new for cardio to add variety.
