I barely reached the 1lb goal and only lost 0.5kg this week. I am aware of the occurrences that jeopardize my good efforts and I commit to try harder next week.

I just wanted to check in quickly to say that I reached this weeks goals.

I started on 2 January 2018 and was very strict this week and lost 3kg, yay! Successful reached 1st weeks 1 lb goal. Second weeks goal is to incorporate more exercises and to at least drop a lb every week!

Is the Fitbit charge good? I am thinking to get something where I don't need another strap to measure heart rate and don't want to waste money on something that doesn't work well!

@thefitwithin77, yes I would love to be friends. A bio is also helping me with training and I have never been slim. I actually weighed 40 lb more at varsity!

@Theo, My goal is to make lifestyle changes, to do planned shopping, buy healthy foods, walk more, gym every day, etcetera. I found that lifestyle is a major factor that caused my weight gain and lack of exercise is a major factor in me being unfit. I do believe if I do the above right that it is a good start. Good luck…

Thank you! I need advice. I'm very overweight and unfit and my back at the lower end gets sore easily when I'm too active plus my knees with climbing stairs or walking long distances. Except for swimming and water aerobics what other exercises are easy to do when starting an exercise routine that won't hurt me?
