I follow a keto way of eating (formerly Atkins decade back) How I do best...breads and sugar and snacks don't agree with my body. I have lost over 300 lbs this time..years back was about 250-275 pounds. It does work.

I have done If for quite a few months now in different time frames. I pair this with keto and a calorie deficit. This is something I wasn't able to do before with have 3 unsatisfying meals and a snack. Larger meal made me stick with it this long. Today I mixed 2 ounces of almond flour with 5 ounces cooked cauliflower, eggs and some cheese as my crust base. Very good held up well in my pizza.

Low carb, high fat if you are looking for rapid drop. Water will release fairly quick. (eliminate breads, sweets)
