I want to add something to my goals...stress less. I tend to be a very nervous person and tend to stress over every little thing. Things that don't necessarily need to be stressed over. Still working on drinking enough water. And sitting at 207 for the past couple days. But I'm staying under 30 g of carbs so that's good.

I tried on jeans at old navy this weekend and have always found theirs to run a tad small. Well I tried on 16s this weekend and they fit with only a teeny tiny muffin top going on!!! I was so excited I wanted to dance around.

I like using coconut flour for baking but use almond flour/meal for things I want to have more texture. I only use stevia for sweetener. Probably eventually look into using something else but for the moment that's all I use. Made some biscuits with coconut flour that taste better than regular biscuits. Lol

I love sauerkraut. I eat it everyday. I drink the juice like some people drink pickle juice. We don't make it though. I buy Bubbies Sauerkraut at sprouts usually.

I'm 5' and I find that most days 1200 is good. Some days I will barely make it to 1000 and other days I will eat almost 1500. Usually if you eat less one day you will eat more another day. My small bra, a bra that I wasn't able to wear 2 weeks ago but now can, is now on the closest hooks. And I am wearing legs and don't look all lumpy and weird. Lol

It's crazy because I used to be able to eat a large popcorn all by myself but now I eat about half a small bag and be done. Thank god for my husband who can finish it for me!!

I don't do bread, potato, or pasta anymore but I do occasionally have a whole wheat tortilla and fruit. I also occasionally do popcorn when we go to the movie theater but only a small amount. I try to do yoga or walk for at least 30 minutes everyday but it's mostly just from the diet. My scale weight has been staying pretty much level the past week or two but the inches keep coming off. Yeah 24 is the total from adding all the areas of that I measured, 6.5 from my waist and 7.25 from my hips gone!

I eat very low carbs, moderate protein, and high healthy fat. I also do intermittent fasting most days. I try to walk or do yoga daily for 30 minutes. I went from eating mostly processed boxed foods to eating real foods. I look better than I did when I was this weight a couple years ago. All the inflammation I had is gone.

So my normal bra was getting too loose so I decided to try on a bra I have had for years that didn't fit despite it being the same "size". Well I was surprised today when I put it on and it fit not perfect the band is a smudge tight but not unbearably so.
